Yoga Rocks Schedule 2025

Welcome to 2025 at Yoga Rocks.

Our schedule is ready and we are thrilled to have all our favourites plus some high quality newish visitors! We have a trio of amazing yoginis; a fully chilled out yet profound retreat with the vibrant Uma Dinsmore-Tuli and for the ashtangis (also for budding beginners) Kia Naddermier and Basia Lipska Larsen. Last season marked 15 years of Yoga Rocks and Basia first came to us all those years ago, so great to have her returning with her high fun, high energy vibe. Kia has a deep historic connection with Agios Pavlos – this retreat will be a feast of yoga goodness. Billy Konrad came for the first time last year and guests loved his detailed and intelligent Iyengar – he returns in October and is a great, and very different, warm-up for Gösta if you fancy two weeks.

Should you want to join our mailing list please use the sign up below. We won’t pester you very often, we are far too busy doing handstands and eating cake, occasionally at the same time.

Our yoga shala is a fantastic practice space, roomy and airy, the sea view stretches to the horizon ahead and over the serene bay of Agios Pavlos. Post yoga beach swims are highly convenient or for the more adventurous exciting plunges from impressive rock formations just around the corner. Though the yoga and the surroundings are top notch, visitors rave about the food here which is possibly the most important component. Everything you need for a proper yoga escape.

All our teachers aim to advance your holistic understanding of yoga in a caring and nurturing way as well as ramp up the fun. The helpful team, genuine hands on hosts and amazing cuisine complete the picture and create a truly transformative opportunity and unforgettable beach yoga holiday.

There’s something for all. Some weeks are more retreat orientated, others have a much more holiday vibe. To get an idea which week might suit you can read our teacher pages and see if you get a good feeling, go with your gut, or for more clues have a look what happened in 2024 and beyond. These will give you an idea about what goes on. If in doubt, please write and ask us about any of the retreats, most are suited for beginners through to experienced teachers.
