Retreat goers were treated to a choice of a Mysore style Ashanga or a led class in the morning with many choosing both! In contrast, the afternoon was a much loved combination of Yin Yoga (poses held softly for several minutes, opening up different parts of the body), pranayama (breathing) and Yoga Nidra. Yoga Nidra is a deep form of relaxation and much more, often translated as yogic sleep.
Sarah: Even in my dreams I couldn’t have hoped for anything better. I enjoyed every moment…Thanks a million for making sure we were all fed (in plenty), relaxed, yoga-ed and rejuvenated.
Celine: I was not expecting such a heavenly time. I haven’t had such relaxed holidays for a long time.
Jacquie: Everything was great – the perfect tuition and yoga, the amazing food and the super weather (I know that bit is slightly beyond your control, but it has rained every day since I got home and for the 8 days prior to that as well, apparently! – my back garden looks like a swamp!)
