There were classes on each of the chakras, lots of teaching practice and therapeutic yoga theory. The students tried Thai yoga massage to gain sensitivity for adjustments and acro yoga to help their connectedness.
On the second week there was a Yin Yoga class with Mirjam every afternoon as well as in-depth anatomy lectures. Mirjam’s anatomy classes were brought to life as afternoon yin yoga classes followed up the morning’s theme, gently opening the area under focus, so students could feel what was under discussion.
There was dancing and laughter too – this could have been a yoga holiday except that everyone learnt so much. Students left smiley and satisfied as you can see from the photos.
